("Services") by [Optima Search Europe LTD], a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these
Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 The Services include, but are not limited to:
Career Coaching: You will benefit from two personalized one to one online sessions, each
lasting 30 minutes. The first session will be followed by a 30-minute follow-up meeting. An
experienced recruiter will review your profile, provide relevant suggestions, and offer valuable
insights to help you identify the right roles.
Job Hunting Networking Community: You will have access to our private online Slack group of
like-minded individuals, enabling you to connect with the right opportunities, exchange ideas,
and share job leads.
Customized Job Search: You will receive warm leads on where and how to apply for jobs.
Additionally, you will benefit from insights and strategies shared by experienced recruiters to
supercharge your job hunt.
Resume and LinkedIn Profile Upgrade: We will enhance your professional profile to make you
irresistible to employers. We will also provide valuable insights and tips from recruiters on how
to effectively search for a job.
2.2 The cost of the Services is £150 (GBP) or $180 (USD), or €170 (EUR).
2.3. The service fees are non-refundable.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for the Services must be made in full at the time of engagement. We accept
payment in GBP, USD, or EUR via various payment methods as specified on our website.

4. Privacy

4.1 We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our
website. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data
provided by you is accurate.

5. Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to terminate our Services and these Terms without notice if you fail to
comply with these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activities.

6. Money Back Guarantee

6.1 If we [Optima Search Europe LTD] place you (The client) in a new job with one of our
[Optima Search Europe LTD] customers within 6 months since signing this agreement, we will
refund your fee of £150 or $180 or €170 and double it with another £150 or $180 or €170.

6.2 The bounty will be paid 14 days after (The client) completes the probation period in the new
role.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We may update and modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our
Services, legal requirements, and customer feedback. You will be notified of any material
changes to these Terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from
or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
